Tiddly Winks Nursery stand out as a preschool in Redhill not just for our facilities and approach to learning (not to mention play!), but for the quality of our staff.
We are proud to have a dedicated and passionate team of Early Years Educators, 78% of which are qualified to at least a Level 2 or 3 in Early Years Education. Both the Nursery Manager, Louise & Assistant Manager, Georgia hold Bachelor's degrees in Early Years and three more of our staff team have completed foundation degrees. All of our staff are Paediatric First Aid trained and have enhanced DBS certificates.
Meet Louise
Hello!
My name is Louise and I am the Manager of Tiddly Winks Nursery. I've always had a passion for Early Years Education which is why I joined Tiddly Winks as an apprentice in 2009. Since then, I have studied for and completed my Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development and my BA (hons) in Early Years: Education and Leadership in Practice. I have both worked and lived all around the world but have never felt more at home than I do at Tiddly Winks and I am exceptionally proud of my team and the impact of our curriculum which was recognised by our most recent OUTSTANDING' rating.
I believe excellent early years education is the underpinning of children's successes later in life and at Tiddly Winks, we celebrate every child as an individual to support them on their unique learning and development journey.
My spare time is spent creating memories with my husband and children or sitting down to relax with a book and cup of tea!
Meet Georgia
Hello!
My name is Georgia and I am the Assistant Manager of Tiddly Winks Nursery. I have been lucky enough to be working at Tiddly Winks since 2012, when I started here as a student on placement whilst studying for my BA (hons) in Early Childhood Studies. I love the Early Years and believe high-quality early childhood experiences are essential to creating an inspiring future generation.
I am proud to be a part of the wonderful team at Tiddly Winks Nursery and the OUTSTANDING progressive learning environment with a home from home ethos we have created for all of the children who attend here.
When I'm not at Tiddly Winks, you'll find me spending time with my family or eating delicious snacks!
